For both Millview (45 Poplar Drive) and 22 Topcliff, rent is £220-£300 per week depending on the time of year. Sheets are £20 per week extra. Bookings are confirmed after a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week has been paid. Payment in full should be made 2 weeks before occupancy by cheque to Mrs M. B. Farrar at the address above. After bookings have been confirmed, arrangements for key collection should be made the day before occupancy by telephoning our properties caretakers.

Please note that both properties are strictly non smoking. Small pets may be allowed by prior arrangement.
